Calling Line ID Presentation CLIP

<p>With my Vodacom contract from 2005 I always had the functionality of caller ID for incoming calls if the contact was saved as one of my contacts on my phone. Two weeks ago, without any notification, all my incoming calls started showing as 'private number'. I took this issue to Vodacom today 2 July 2017 at Vodacom shop Mall of the North Polokwane. They informed me that I have to pay R9 per month for this functionality from now on. I do not understand why I have to pay additional for a functionality that I enjoyed for over 12 years, that Vodacom terminated one sidedly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been with Vodacom from the start of the cellphone age and my whole family is with Vodacom. If this is the way they do business, I am definitely not renewing my contract with Vodacom and I will inform all my friends and family of this ********* practice. </p> <p> </p> <p>I sincerely hope to hear from Vodacom about this issue.</p>
