Caller Identity
If there is one company I continuous log a complaint with it's Vodacom. Most pathetic service provider.
On the phone being transferred from the one area to the other and holding for 23 minutes after I was informed my account has been updated then being transferred to customer service just to hear its not updated.
I want my caller identity to be activated now.
