Caller identification fee

I bought a phone through contract. To my suprise i could not see who is calling, meaning everyone calling it appears in private caller. I called them (vodacom) to report the issue. Their response was that of.. It's a caller identification and i have to pay R10 each month to keep it in activation. So I'm paying a phone contract fee, I psid dim connection fee, and now in addition to that, they saying I have to pay another fee just to see who is calling. Disgusted to the core.
