I am very unhappy with the level of service I received from Vodacom and how they just add on extra charges to make money. the caller ID, I never agreed to this charge, yet I am being charged every month for it. this is robery, I have been a loyal customer for years yet I get treated so badly. they refuse to discount it and I should not be paying for it.
