Called the wrong confirmation number even after i gave them the correct one
I upgraded my 064 number yesterday at about 12pm. I explicitly told the lady NOT TO CALL the 064 number that i upgraded for confirmation as that number is in a tablet. And yet this morning I called to asked when I am going to get called for my RAM tracking nr they said they tried calling me on the 064 number???? O m word really I am a patient person but it feels like veryone i trying my patience today, the guy then mailed confirmations with the correct number which is ********** 067 please can you take this compaint as I AM CONFIRMING MY ORDER PLEASE, YES I WANT THE ORDER PLEASE DELIVER THE ORDER AND SEND ME THE TRACKING NUMBER.
Really this happens every time i upgrade that's the only reason i am getting so upset!!!!!!!
Please try and deliver my phone tomorrow as i need it urgently that's why i am so upset please vodacom you never make mistakes like this :(
They must call my 082 number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
