Called in to resolve missing data issues

I called the Vodacom Customer Care after data from my mothers contract sim disappeared twice in a few months and when I called to enquire the first time the lady I spoke to was semi helpful but needed the account holder to verify their details so I had to call back, when I did call back with my mother the lady I spoke too was SO ***********, she couldn't offer any assistance and this is THE 5TH TIME THAT VODACOM HAS BRAZENLY STOLE DATA FROM US AND THEN THE DUMB LITTLE *** TRIED TO UPSELL ME SOME DATA USAGE PRINT OUT FOR R80 what bull**** is this, I am leaving Vodacom immediately and just want to finish the 500mb they send me every time they ***** DATA as a consolation prize, I don't understand how a business can ***** from their clients and still expect them to pay for such **** SERVICE
