CALLCENTRE STAFF LIE TO GET A SALE

Vodacom did my upgrade over the phone as a promotion. Told me I am getting an amazing special as I am such a loyal client etc. I asked if I can get the same deal in store, as I want to take my time looking at the options. They told me no, it is a once off promotion only available over the phone. Once I did the upgrade, I looked at the Vodacom website and it is the same price they are selling to EVERYONE! EVEN IF IT IS A BRAND NEW CONTRACT. Cant believe they LIE like that to their so called "loyal" clients. It is ridiculous.
