Call - we won't care

Both mine and my boyfriend's lines were suspended due to VODACOM NOT RUNNING THE DEBIT ORDER at the end of June. We had ***** on our account which included having ALL of my debit orders reversed which we've advised Vodacom of over and over again... before the debit order was meant to run, we were told to not EFT the arrears and that it will come off that month's debit order. WHICH NEVER HAPPENED.

Clearly they do not want to retain customers. Instead they want to just create MORE stress for them which is only going to result in us advising everyone to leave Vodacom and not ever sign up with them. When my contract is up I will be moving to a new service provider. The lines must be unlocked by the end of today as per my conversation with Accounts department yesterday.

Someone contacted me - but from the failed web chat that kept closing... another thing to add to Vodacom's list of things that don't work - website, app... web chat. SERVICE.
I've emailed the CEO. If Vodacom can't all get on the same page then it must be escalated. This frustration on top of having had my account hacked and Vodacom treating us like dirt - doesn't work.
