CALL SPONSOR NOT ACTIVATING

I have been trying to activate call sponsor for over a month now. I have tried on the web and i dont recieve any OTP's to activate it. I have phoned the call centre and tried to activated it there which is still does not work even though i recieved a confirmation it was activated. I have phone the ***0 to add the number as requested by the call center people and go through the whole setup and says it was sucessful and then check it and says no numbers are loaded. Can we please get this sorted out.
