Call Sponsor

My cell is a business account. I emailed letter/ID's on 24/06 to request a sponsored number to be added ***). I have been chasing this up ever since. Called 1940 numerous times. Today received mail saying they can't find the number in question on the Vodacom system. Was told to phone 155. They can't help - told me to phone 1950 - they can't help - told me to phone 1960 - which doesn't exist! Amongst these calls (at 1950) I was told a prepaid cannot be added as a sponsored number. I already sponsor one number which is a prepaid. Can this please be looked into. I cannot believe it can take over 2 weeks to just add an additional sponsored number. Thank you.
