Call promoting Vodacom
Today 16.03.15 at 13:35 I received a call on my workline from a lady offering me data at a certain cost as well as a package that included a tablet. I immediately told her I am satisfied with what I had but she refused to take no for an answer. By the 3rd or 4th time I told her I wasn't interested she then proceeded to just ignore me, not saying a word but also not putting the phone down. Shortly thereafter I received an sms from elite mobile thanking me for my time. Now I don't know if elite mobile acts on behalf of Vodacom, whether they are totally independent or what but I certainly did not appreciate this woman turning rude on me simply because she didn't get the answer she was looking for. Either way it reflects very badly on Vodacom and I certainly made sure of telling everybody about the rude call I received from Vodacom. Do companies even put the people promoting their products through a screening process? These people turn ugly the moment that they don't get what they want and any possible manners they may have goes out the window. I'll make sure to cancel my Vodacom contract the moment I receive another tasteless call from Vodacom or their partners. F.Waso
