Call not answered from repairs side

I have been trying to call and get more information from the repair side at the Vodashop in Lakeside for the past two weeks to no answer. When I call the sales department i get an answer almost immediately. Vodacom are only interested in new customers but cannot maintain their current. This is bad service to a customer who changed from MTN to vodacom, there is simply no care for their customers. All i want to do is enquire about my phone
