Call centre unhelpfull

i bought a new cellphone 2 weeks ago and set up my email, but it only downloaded my emails once. Since then I've tried everything to get it to work. At the end, I phoned Vodacom to help me sort out the problem. The woman asked security questions, and after about 8 questions I asked her if she is going to keep on asking and if she want to know everything about me (even when do I ****) before she will help me. She didn't answer me so I put the phone down and dailed again. When the operator answered I asked her if she is going to ask me a hundred security questions as well before helping me. She said that she must ask me 3 questions and a maximum of 5 questions if I didn't answer the first 3 correctly. I was very upset that the first one kept on asking and asking even though I know I answered everything correctly unless there is something that was changed on the account without our knowledge. Then the operator said to me I mustn't speak so loud - instead of trying to help me!!!!! I know that the problem is mostly because of this stupid tower which they just don't fix or upgrade and when I last complained about it, the guy just came to my house, tested the signal and told me they are putting up a new tower. So now we keep on having this problems and nobody can tell me when are they ever going to have the new tower up and running and their call centre operators are of no use anyway except for irritating us and not helping at all. Then they tell you to talk softer!!!!! Really???? When they are the ones that upsets us????
