Call Centre TERRIBLE

Terrible service from the Call Centre.<br> <br> Phoned the call centre to the call centre lady was more interested in continue her chat with the people around her.<br> <br> She keep on putting me on hold with out telling me!!!<br> <br> I asked that she phone me back with the information that I requested, still waiting, not very helpfull.<br> <br> The call centre is terriable sounds like it at a party venue with everybody screaming in the background and talking . The call centre agent that I dealt with didn't understand what was going on at all. She did also not keep her promise to phone back. Do I have to phone again and hope for the best that I will get someone that know what is going on? not very good at twhat they do.<br> <br> PLEASE COULD SOMEONE FROM VODACOM GET BACK TO ME TO GIVE ME THE INFORMATION THAT I HELD ON FOR AND THEN WAS PROMISED THAT i WOULD BE PHONED WITH!!!<br> <br> First time that I have dealt with the call centre would not recommend the experience at all.
