Call Centre talk you dead . . .

On the 09 June 2017 at 08:34 from 082 275 98 I received a call from Kelita regarding my outstanding Vodacom account after trying to explain to her why I did not pay the account as the scan bar code on the accounts does not always at ABSA Bank ATMS work she made it clear that it is not her problem even the fact that I have to travel more than 25 km to the nearest ATM or shop was not her problem. When I asked to talk to a supervisor she said she can not tranfer me to one, after request after request I was tranfer to Deline it was the same senario all over again, they talk you dead and in stead off trying to listen to making your life and theirs easier they will talk you dead. All I wanted to ask is that the Vodacom must please work togeter with ABSA Bank got get the barcodes on invoicese sorted out or and other option in place when it is not loaded as a account payee on your back account as there is no other way you can use your Vodacom account number for payment at the ATM.

And PS I get my salary in cash paid out currently so it then becomes a process to do the payments.
