Call centre Superstar!

Yesterday Thanyani started assisting me with a request and although technology failed us (e-mail wise) today I am sorted. I have never ever had assistance from a call centre agent that was as courteous and timely as Thanyani was.<br> Every time he said he would phone back at a certain time...he did phone back. He followed up on every detail until I confirmed that I had received the necessary information. Thanyani was very professional and I would really like this message to get back to Thanyani's manager/supervisor as I think he deserves to know that he has a superstar in his team!<br> Regards<br> M<br>
