Call centre - Poor service

<p>I upgraded my one cellphone May 2016 with the call centre and with the upgrade package I was supposed to receive a Rock Scullcandy Headphone as part of the deal.</p> <p> </p> <p>They delivered only the phone, I followed up with Vodacom to find out what happened to the headphones and they said they don't have stock but will follow up and see what they can do and get back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned them 3 times regarding this and they keep telling me that the manager will get back to me. Up to date no one has phoned me.</p> <p>When you go to a Vodacom shop and ask for a certain phone which they advertise in their booklets or online, the shop tells you its out of stock or discontinued and when you call the Call centre this is the type of service you get!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!</p>
