Call centre non exsisitent

What happened VODACOM? I have been a loyal Vodacom customer since my 18th birthday. (33 now) . I've had good service.....until NOW?!?!?! I have to hang on a phone line for 45min at a time 4days in a row.and this morning ive tried again....outcome 15minutes. And don't dare press the # key for a call back...I AM STILL WAITING.All I want to do is cancel my topup contract . Any ideas anyone? im still in my 14day grace period,but at this rate im gona pay for something I don't want .WHO DO I CALL???
