Call centre *****

<p>I bought airtime and my airtime disappeared so I called the Vodacom call centre and they told me I bought data with the airtime, which I never did so I asked them to reverse the so called transaction and Rochelle assured me it would b done in two days. Two days later it wasn't done I called again and spoke to Thembinkosi and he promised to look into it and called me back but never did. Vodacom is disgusting I will never recommend it to anybody and I plan on porting my number to another network. Priop to this incident my airtime disappeared and I supposedly bought data at R1 per MB. I am so disgusted in the service I received from Vodacom and I've been with the network for more than 10 years.</p>
