CALL CENTRE FOR BUSINESS CONTRACTS IS A JOKE!

<p>I called Vodacom Business on ********** . I fol,lowed voice prompt after voice prompt. Spoke to 3 different people - all ending up being in the wrong departments - but I called the right number and folowed the correct voice prompts! I was on the line for almost 14 minutes before I was cut-off. This call centre is seriously laughable.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I need is some information! Urgently! Was trying to reach them last week - also spent an entire day on Vodacom Call Centre phone loop merry go round!</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom disappoints. What happened to them?</p>
