Call Centre consultant unhelpful and rude

I called the vodacom call center to upgrade one of my 4 current vodacom contracts when call center consultant was rude and unhelpful. Upon saying that if she continues treating me with such attitude I will cancel all vodacom contracts, the consultant immediately put me through to the cancellations department. This was my 3rd call to vodacom regarding this upgrade and received bad service all three times. this is also not the first occaision on which i received bad service from vodacom.
