Call Centre Agent Breach of Agreement.

I was called by the call center agent for Vodacom, to inform me about my contract being due for an up grade. I then asked her about any specials on Laptops, yes they were specials that was her reply. and I was interested on an H.P laptop with a Wi-Fi router with a 2 G.B of data on a monthly basis for 379. She then said they would include a once off 10 G.B of data to assist with downloading of soft wares for the laptop. I received the laptop and Wi-Fi router but the once off data I never did. when I tried finding out, I've been sent from pillar to post.
