Call Centre
<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm holding on as i'm typing now for 10mins already trying to speak to a manager at a call centre because #1 the person that i spoke to doesn't know how to speak to customers, #2 doesn't know how to check if i qualify for a promotion #3 makes me hold for a manager and then comes back and tells me the manager is doing something...This is just pathetic service</p>
