Call Center staff tells me to Calm Down - Vodacom, can you really afford to communicate like this with your clients?
I have been struggling for 2 hours to upgrade my minor daughters mobile phone, apparently she needs to authorise the upgrade, which is under my profile, and i pay for it. I was dropped 3 times when trying to call the call center, and on the four call, when i was explaining my exhasperation to Sindiwe, she told me to CALM DOWN. I honestly dont know how this company is still activley around. From shocking non delivery on the services we pay a fortune for - which now i see they stretch over 36 month contracts, to call center staff telling clients to Calm Down when explaining how frustrated one is. Vodacom, good luck in getting my 17 year old to authorise and pay for the upgrade!
