Call Center routing so Ineffective, Pathetic customer service overall

<p>Its amazing how easy Vodacom makes it for you to enter into a new contract or renew but when it comes to cancelling they make it impossible. I was transferred to 4 different consultants, got cut off and had to call again to be transferred another 2 times. The agent who eventually took my call sounded half asleep, with an uninterested tone as if she was doing me a favour.</p>
