call center agent was rude,shouting at me

Vodacom offered me a contract and they added Safety box and Hotterspoter of which I was not aware. The problem started when my contract was not delivered to me hence they said it will be delivered within 5 to 10 days. I kept quite after not receiving anything from them. On the 29th of May my account was debited twice by vodacom. I went to the bank to reverse those debit. The call center agent phoned and the lady was so rude to me she was shouting at me and she did not give me a chance to explain and she dropped a call on my ear. I hate Vodacom because this lady was calling me for the second time. The other time she did the same thing and she said anyway you don't understand and she dropped the call on my ear. I am considering to port my number to another nertwork and will make sure that many people leave Vodacom especial my family. I hate the service I received it was uncalled for, for this lady to be so rude to me. and she ended by saying that go and sort those debit on your own I won't cancel the Safet box and Hottspoter.
