Call center agent refusing to help

<p>I bought 20min on Just4You. The airtime was deducted on my account but no minutes were credited. This happens way too often when I buy minutes on Just4for. Why does Vodacom sometimes take my airtime for minutes that I do not get?</p> <p> </p> <p>I called in to enquire about this and the agent tells me there is no record of me buying any minutes. He then proceeds to tell me that no one can help me besides him when I ask to speak to his supervisor. I don't understand how he is my 1st and last point of help if he does not know what to do.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked his name and he said he is Lionel and refused to give me his surname. He put me on hold for more than 20min after that. If vodacom is not giving me the minutes I bought I want my airtime back. </p>
