Call back promised regarding their *****ulent business activities and a week later still no response
Did early cancelation on both my contracts. Signed the quotes, paid the quoted amounts and sent through to early cancelations. SOME *****STER in back office canceled my cancelation. After 2 weeks of struggle I got both numbers canceled. Then all of a sudden I start getting calls from attorney's that I owe vodacom money. These ****ers harass me daily. Vodacom responded to my last review and promised a call back. No call received.
IM taking this to ICASA and the the ombud. They clearly take the complaint resolution process for a job
