CAD online sales sucks

Having been with Telkom for the past 10 years i decided to try Vodacom for their great Samsung 26 Ultra bundles. started the application process online around the beginning of May during the long weekend but after a week of no progress and dealing with rude seemingly untrained people CAD online Sales i decided to go instore to get things moving and after intially being told the application would be quick in store because the bundle of Phone plus watch i wanted is an online exclusive they also needed to run things through the online sales and it is the 8th of June and that application is still pending. how is that even possible
