BYE VODACOM
I was due for an upgrade months ago. I have been in contact with Vodacom at the East Rand mall for months. They continously advise they will contact me once they have stock of the device i want. No one ever get's back to me and yet monthly the deals are available online.
After escalating the matter to the branch manager Victor, still not feedback were received, which was promised by him.
Vodacom poor service delivery let me to falling for their partner services Elite Mobile which continuously phones me regarding my upgrade.
Elite mobile confirmed stock availability on a recorded call. I opted to upgrade only to be told once again my device is out of stock. Vodacom is making use of Elite Mobile as a partner. Elite Mobile is getting clients to upgrade against equipment which they claim is in stock. After the upgrade is completed they claim to have no stock. Once you try to ensure that the upgrade is cancelled and the matter investigated Vodacom advise they cant do anything they are not Elite Mobile, despite the partnership. I will no longer support Vodacom, and after years of only horrible service across all service delivery I am forced to do business elsewhere.
No support from Branches, nor partnerships. It is impossible to do business with Vodacom.

Our records indicate that you were in contact with our After Sales Team and was provided feedback with regards to your query. We have also confirmed with our Warehouse Team and unfortunately theres no stock for iPhone 13 Pro 512GB Silver. The next shipment is expected to arrive on the 4th Feb to 11th Feb than from 11th Feb to 18th Feb.

Very strange i have eventually opted to ask to cancel my upgrade so was this done or not? no one other than the replies on Hello Peter were in contact to date....
