Bye bye Vodacom
I've been a Vodacom customer since I got my first cell phone over 21 years ago. The level of service and just the incompetence of the call centre staff is astounding. I have 3 small Cell C accounts for family members and you cannot believe the service I get from Cell C for 3 small R99.00 / month accounts. I am definitely canceling my Vodacom account NEVER to return. They have absolutely no sence of being loyal back to some who has been a client for over 21 years.
