I've had my bad experience trying to cancel my contract while being unemployed but it is done now. Unfortunately the amount the agent gave me was above what was due and I've requested the amount be credited. It was handed to subscriber collections and it is probably the 2nd month now without any communication or action. I've given up on getting that money back (which i had to borrow to pay off). I don't believe in karma but in mercy but I do believe that chronic ******* will reap what they sow. I have no love for this company. I'll never deal with such when starting my business. You're dead to me Vodacom
