Buy a Phone, never hear from them again
Bought a phone online with a promise that I will hear from courier in 1 - 2 working days. No call, no SMS, and the call center just passes you on in circles to other Departments! It is so frustrating when no one wants to assist!. DO NOT BUY phones from VODACOM ONLINE! YOU PAY AND GET NO HELP THEREAFTER.
