Business LTE - unusable between 6pm to 10pm every day || Week 2-MAY || Still Continues
2 - May - Its now been weeks - so frustrated
Vodacom finally after weeks phoned me on SAT 14-April. I had to explain the problem in detail since the person who phoned had no idea whats going on, did not even read this thread. We will continue to build up on this thread (3rd Party) to build required evidence though a I was requested to do.
Its now 3 weeks later, some one was suppose to validate and check my address, check the tower and responded to me - this was not done.
The problem is becoming more evident, even earlier in the day, like yesterday, 1-May, Public Holiday, I could hardly use Vodacom Business LTE - was just to slow. I had to go an buy at a COST MTN prepaid data to get some work done.

8-April - Still No contact from Vodacom, this past week was terribale, just could not work. But vodacom keeps taking monthly premiums.
Issue persists - can't work at home from 6pm to 10pm sometimes even till 11pm - read below the original logged problem.
HelloPeter also does not help.
It's time we get people involved like Gerrie Nel, Solidarity, Carte Blanche - to wake up Vodacom who think they can walk over everybody.

I have 2 business LTE from Vodacom. Both these are lately unusable, now for the past month plus, between 6pm to 10pm, sometimes I can only use internet at 11pm. I do not stream or download movie content, just use it for work. On average, dusting this time it takes 3 min just to open a google search page. This hello peter page took 2 min.
How can we sort Vodacom out, why is it allowed for Companies to do this, users pay, but they cant use the service and the company, in this case Vodacom just get away?
How can we sort this out for once and for all - these companies should be fined properly - does the consumer act assist in this case.
So, Vodacom will probably come back with some lame excuse - how do we address this?
