Business LTE Contract Declined

I can not believe that my application for LTE contract for a mere R599 per month was declined due to the system saying I am in debt review. I went into voluntary debt review in 2009 and paid off all the debt owed to the banks only and was issued a clearance Form 19 in 2015. I was never blacklisted at all and have since bought 2 x brand new vehicles for my business on “finance” approved agreements over the passed 4 years and Vodacom denies my R599 per month data contract. I am bitterly dissatisfied and embarrassed actually that I had to be subjected to such treatment from your Vodashop and vetting process. I have had the same number for over 25 years on Vodacom contract and have had dozens of upgrades and additional contracts taken out at Vodacom. I even took out a new data contract 2 years ago for my son to use whilst studying at college..... how was that approved and now I have this issue????? Vodacom must rectify this issue or I will cancel pay my current contract up and migrate my number to another service provider.
