Business internet contract impossible to obtain - contractor LikeMinds is TERRIBLE

Vodacom seem to have outsourced their business internet contract admin to a small company called LikeMinds. Dealing with LikeMinds has been **********. After 5 weeks, we still have no contract. Their one employee, Faith Msweli is particularly *********** and rude. It boggles my mind that Vodacom would associate themselves with LikeMinds, nevermind provide them with such an important (albeit basic) task. I have spoken to 6 different people at Vodacom to try and solve this, but they keep referring me back to LikeMinds. I have tried to reach management at LikeMinds, but their telephone number is either not answered or their management is perpetually unavailable.
