Business Contract insurance claim

<p>took my celcphone to paarl mall vodacom for a repair claim on insurance filled in forms and gave copy of id and letterhead of company hence it been a company contract THREE WEEKS later i get a sms saying VODACOM REPAIRS TYGERVALLEY is giving quote of R6042 for repairs so i phoned to to ask what the hell, they saying they did not receive any forms for the claim, this is a busibess phone and is very important and this is rediculous service from them.</p>
