Business Client

<p>I have had the most terrible experience dealing with a vodacom branch. The Vodacom shop brooklyn mall has left me speechless after receiving disgusting service levels. As a business client with over 20 lines from vodacom, I really expected more from vodacom. The level of incompetence of the branch managers are really apauling. One of the latest contracts taken out was for 6 lenovo tablets, 2 of which were an OBF. The first one took over a month to replace with no feedback from the branch and the second is currently "waiting for supplier feedback". I understood that the brach could not do anything but the manager made me wait in store for half an hour to meet with him (after which he still didnt show) and I was forced to leave the store. Any calls to the branch to speak to the manager was to no avail... How can these people even call themselves managers if they dont have the least bit knowledge in customer relations ?</p>
