Business Cancellation

<p>I requied the cancellation of six of our business cellphone contract. email was received with "premature calcellation quotation" that required signure, payment for the amount, letter and ID copy. All this was sent.</p> <p>1nd batch on 6 December and 2nd batch to email provided with all document. When the contract was still active I email again asking about the status of the cancellation. Email was received:</p> <p>Good day <br /> <br /> please be advised that the premature quotes were sent in December , therefore thry have expired. Kindly see the new premature cancelaltion quote.<br /> Sign and send them back for processing. Remember they are valid for 7 days.<br /> <br /> Regards<br /> Nonhlanhla Vilakazi</p> <p> </p> <p>Clearly they did not understand! NO CALL BACK!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone contact me urgently to get this resolved. I can just make new payment. I need to know what happend to the money paid!!</p>
