Business account - complete incompetance !

I have been sending various requests to make changes on my business account, (where I spend an average of R9000 per month), for the last year. Vodacom CANNOT get the changes right. Every few months I send the same requests again and I am simply ignored. On 20 June I resent every request again, this time with separate letters so that I can get a reference number for each request.

My one request – with reference number EC-1JHS-2CKQAQ : This was to convert number ********** 953 to prepaid. (This was supposed to be done already in November 2017 under reference EC-0C5R-2QYJUU and I should be credited from November already!! )

But what does Vodacom go and do? Convert MY number, the main number on the account, to prepaid on Saturday. This is Vodacom Red package and MY phone… I am the owner of the business and this is both my personal number and the main number for the business. How on earth does Vodacom manage to mess this up?? How can you convert a number without instruction to do so? I did everything in my power to get this sorted on Saturday but was told time and time again that there is NO management on duty on a weekend to sort out a business problem, no matter how urgent.

I corresponded with Vodacom on facebook - who has tried to escalate it since saturday I mailed retentions, admin, corporate and CEO. It is now 10h00 on a Monday and still no one has contacted me. References EC-1JH2-203ot2, EC-1jh2-207PK3 and also EC-1KJ2-2K0XQB

So, this is what I need: 1. My number to be converted again and it to be 100% as it was on Friday – action must be done today! How do I know that these changes will not affect me once you revert back? 2. I want a senior manager to come and see me at my office in Lanseria. I have a file with proof of all the letters and mails that I have sent and how Vodacom is not able to action anything correctly. This includes ******* charges, changes to contract process without authorization etc. Vodacom is ignoring all the money that is owed to me and none of the people I have spoken to along the way even understand my questions. Most of my numbers are out of contract and can be stopped if I wish to change supplier. If Vodacom wants to retain my business (I think R10000 a month is a lot of money) then I need someone to come out and see me and sort this out !
