Bunch of useless employees at the Vodacom 4U shop at the Centurion Mall.
What a useless bunch of employees at the Vodacom 4U shop at the Centurion Mall. Yesterday I went there to do an eSIM card after all the process of sim swap and converting my numbers to eSIM I then paid R25 and waited for a QR Code Email with the steps to configure an eSIM card to my phone. To my surprise the guy there called Sizwe sent the QR Code to the wrong email. What frustrated me was that he wanted to start the whole process over because he couldn't retrieve the QR Code and to start the whole process again would take 3 hours and they would charge me R63 and the R25 I paid just went to the drain just like that. Only to find out what his has done to send the email without confirming it was because they charge extra money for their technician to configure the eSIM card to your phone whereas at the Vodacom shop, they were able to retrieve the QR Code and configure the eSIM card for free.
