Bunch of ******* *****ing customers money
This company cannot be trusted. They are a bunch of *******. On 01-Dec-2020 my wife called the cancellations department to give notice on a 3G contract ***) that is expiring on 29-Jan-2021. On 01-Jan-2021 my wife called in again to confirm the contract was cancelled. She was told the contract has been cancelled. But guess what. The debit orders are still going off and the contract has not been cancelled.
