Bunch of *********** ****s

On the 26th of November 2017 at Vodacom Wonderpark we sent in my sister's Sony Xperia L1 (which she has on a Vodacom contract) for repairs, the phone didn't show her music in the music player or photos in the gallery. On the 29th of November the phone was booked in and they sent her a "new" phone on the 4th of December as they could not fix the one she had sent in. She only recieved the "new" phone on the 26th of December. So it took 22 days FOR THE "NEW" PHONE TO ARRIVE. Upon arrival the "new" phone ( Sony Xperia L1) had a bloated battery and STILL COULD NOT show her music or photos. So she send that piece of **** "new" phone in AGAIN at Vodacom Wonderpark (FN56). On the 5th of January 2018 we were sent an email saying the phone was dispatched to the store. It's now the 18th of January and she still hasn't recieved the phone, so you're telling me that it takes more than TWO ****ING WEEKS FOR THAT PHONE TO TRAVEL FROM WHEREVER THEY SENT IT, BACK TO THE STORE!!! Does Vodacom not give cars to their employees, DO THEY HAVE TO WALK TO GIVE THINGS BACK TO THE STORE??? WHY THE **** HAS IT BEEN 13 DAYS AND SHE STILL HASN'T RECEIVED HER PHONE BACK??? SHE'S BEEN PAYING TWO ****ING MONTHS FOR A ****ING PHONE SHE DOES NOT HAVE!!!! How is it even possible that you make your customers pay for something THAT THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THANKS TO YOUR **** POOR SERVICE!!! The reference number we got from the store is VDC ********** , but this reference number doesn't help us since no one at the store even knows where the phone is at this point in time.
