Bunch of *********** idiots at vodacom

So had vodacom mess up my phone colour just to find out they messed up my upgrade they canceled my data bundle I wanted and no one can say why as the department I need to speak to is closed. How *********** is everyone there that when someone says what they want and they don't listen or get the order right. Also they had that deal you get an accessory with your contract but since the beginning of December I still have yet to receive anything. Seriously what the **** is going there?

So reported this on the 2nd only get someone to call me on the 27th saying they will investigate and get back to me then nothing. However your phone insurance department can call me twice a day for me to take out an phone insurance policy. Now is this what vodacoms operation is take money but don't give service. Bet I'm going to wait another 25 days for a response.
