Bunch of *******

I was retained sometime last year by Vodacom and was offered a discount on my fibre line in order to retain me . To my surprise they attempted to debit me over R700 last month without giving me any notice. For the past 12 months Iv bee paying R299.

What business does that without sending a notice to the client? I don’t even get my monthly invoices , how was I suppose to know about this increase?????

I have shin requested for this contract to be cancelled.
