bullying in to unaffordability
On the 17th of August I made contact with your call center and spoke to a lady by the name of Nkobani, who I advised to cancel 2 of my numbers, *** and *** The 26th of September was the last payment for the 2 numbers. On the 1st October I noticed that my monthly airtime was loaded and was strange, as the contract was supposed to have been on pre-paid. I then made contact with the call center to question what is happening. I was then informed by a lady named Nadine, that the contract was never cancelled. She then informed me that she will log a query to back office and gave me the reference 1-cc21hwirf. I was advised that Vodacom will make contact with me within 3 days. No one from Vodacom made contact with me. I then again called on the 12th of October to enquire as to what was happening. I was then informed that there was no call logged on the 1st, and that she will assist me to log a call. Today is the 15th and still nothing from Vodacom. I cannot afford this contract; this is the reason for canceling. Why must I be the victim of your staff’s negligence, or is this a bullying tactic to force me into running another month while I cannot afford to pay it this month. I will not stand for this; I will not be a victim of your bullying strategy! It has taken 48 days and yet the contract is still not cancelled. As of today, I will lay a complaint against Vodacom for playing with my affordability, after I cannot afford it and am still being forced into paying another month
Cancel those 2 numbers with immediate effect and send me a premature cancellation on all my exisiting contracts with Vodacom. I'm done with you. I'm moving all my contracts to another service provider!
