Bullish behaviour from Vodacom

Second complaint in one year about Vodacom. On a call to settle my account, 3rd of February 2021 I asked that as soon as its settled I wanted the contract cancelled and switched to prepaid, contract had already lapsed. Events later indicated that it wasn't cancelled but changed to another contract. When I refused to settle the new charges they cut me off. I complained on this platform and they reconnected me but have been harassing me to settle ever since. I have also been cut me off once again.

They are saying because there is no record that I called the cancellation department that's why they charged the account. They do however have a record of the call made early February and I have been insisting that they listen to it. The person I spoke to assured me it would be cancelled immediately as soon as I settled (which I did that same day of the call). She didn't advise that I still had to call cancellations. I even have a record of commencing buying prepaid data and airtime from the month I cancelled for.

Very bullish behaviour of Vodacom...seemingly being nice by talking of a payment arrangement for a contract that I had cancelled...absolute nonsense.
