Let me tell you something you ****** **** network , u really *********** your customers and last time i brought my phone in because the screen was cracked and it had a free screen insurance it was hassle for you to fix it, it took you almost a month you wanted to rip me off because you don't have parts for Huawei ,i evn had to pay for an excess fee which was not included on the advert and this time again you think you will do the same as last time i won't pay R2100 that **** you telling me about stupid dents i booked my phone in for a charging issue not the *** you telling me about you just making an excuse because you don't have part for Huawei yet you put it under warranty knowing exactly that u don't have parts now you want me to pay, and i still have 9 months left for my contract to end , as from the end of this month don't even expect a payment i won't pay even if you lock my line it fine ill change the number but 1st I'll take this matter further i am going to SPEAK OUT i am tired of you this is totally harassment and i am sure they will be other people you have ****** that will come out
