BULL**** SERVICE

I ordered a Samsung J4 Core with Vodacom. I received a confirmation message on the 8th of August from RAM that it will be delivered to me 7 days thereafter.

It is now 20 days later and I still have not received the phone. Continously I have contacted Vodacom to only find out that they had incorrectly and incompitently captured the wrong details. To which I assisted their illiterate team with capturing the write details. To which eventually it dawned on them to escalate the matter to RAM, after their failed excuses that would justify their inability to do a simple thing.

Another *********** idiot then found it wise to confidently advise that I would have this phone the next day and to ensure that I have my Identity Document that will validate that I am the right recipient. GUESS WHAT??????? AIR If I don't have this phone by tomorrow latest by lunch time, I will CANCEL this order. Can I have feedback on this matter by close of business today.
