Bull****

I was handing over to the MBd attorneys to pay for my vodacom account and I did ask them if there is any amount I have to pay and they confirmed that no amount will be paid after settling the account,got a statement on the 8th after I paid my account and it shows 0 and I even called their call centre and was told that I dont have to pay anymore. As my balance is 0 now when I ask for the account status to be lifted they telling me that I owe R700 this is bull****
